Drain Field Repair/Maintenance Product Guarantee

Nature's Innovation, Inc. warrants that the product is free of material defects but can not guarantee our drain field or septic products for a refund. There are hundreds of different types of septic tank configurations across the country. Every Septic Situation Is Unique To The Region And Installation with varying types of soil, designs, installation errors, wrong waste put into the tank, waiting too long to treat the drain field problem, etc. For these reasons, it would be irresponsible of our company to guarantee the results of our product. However, from many years of involvement in tens of thousands of installations, our product has helped thousands clear up their drain field drainage problems. However, we have not been able to help everyone.

Septic Flow Drain Field Maintenance - Merchant Policy

We will replace your product or refund your purchase price within 33 days of purchase if Natures Innovation, Inc. products are lost or damaged and the product and shipping container are unopened and unused. We cannot issue a refund if the products have been opened or used.

Policies

• A 20% restocking fee and shipping fees will be charged for any returned or refused items if the items have yet to be opened or used. We cannot issue a refund if the items have been opened or used. You must ask for a return authorization number before returning any unused product. You must email to ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 33 days of the initial date of your drain field or septic tank product purchase. Warranties on foggers are provided through the manufacturer directly.

• Authorized returns must be returned to our facility within 33 days of the date of purchase.

• Used products can not be refunded under any circumstances.

• NOTE: Returns sent with no RMA number outside the package and/or are not authorized will be returned to the sender. 

• We are not responsible for lost merchandise upon return. You may want to insure your return. Upon authorized return, you will receive the original purchase price, less restocking fees, and the original shipping cost.

Exchanges

Suppose you have purchased the wrong drain field or septic tank product. In that case, you may exchange the unopened container (product) by receiving authorization to return the product by email. Once authorized, write the RMA number on the outside of the package, enclose the invoice, and return it within 33 days of the date of purchase. You must pay for return shipping, and we will gladly send out the correct product once the original product is received. If you have opened the product, no exchange will be permitted. 

Refused Items

Suppose ordered product(s) are refused upon delivery. In that case, the returned products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and shipping and handling fees will not be credited.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please submit any cancellations in writing via email. 

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide your phone number so we may contact you if we have questions about canceling your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, provided your order has yet to be shipped out. Suppose a cancellation was submitted (via email), and your order has shipped. In that case, we will refund the total merchandise, less a 20% restocking fee, and shipping, once the return has been received at our facility.

Refused Products

If the ordered drain field or septic tank maintenance product(s) is refused upon delivery, the returned product(s) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The shipping & handling fees our company had to incur to get the product to you will not be credited.
