Drain Fields Repair/Maintenence Product Guarantee

Nature's Innovation, Inc. warrants the product is free of material defects but can not guarantee our drain field or septic products for a refund. There are literally hundreds of different types of septic tank configurations across the country and EVERY SEPTIC SITUATION IS UNIQUE TO THE REGION AND INSTALLATION with different soil types, configurations, installation errors, wrong waste put into the tank, waiting too long to treat the drain field problem, etc. For these reasons it would be irresponsible of our company to guarantee the results of our product. However we know from many years of being involved in tens of thousands of installations, that our product has helped thousands of people clear up their drain fields drainage problems, however we have not been able to help everyone.

Septic Flow Drain Fields Maintenence - Merchant Policy

We will replace your product or refund your purchase price within 30 days of purchase if Natures Innovation, Inc. products are lost, damaged or the product and shipping container are unopened and unused. If the products have been opened or used we can not issue a refund under any circumstances.

Policies

• A 20% restocking fee and shipping fees will be charged for any returned or refused items if the items have not been opened or used in any way. If the items have been opened or used, we can not issue a refund. You must ask for a return authorization number before returning any unused product. You must email to ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of the initial date of your drain fields or septic tanks product purchase.  Warrantees on foggers are provided through the manufacturer directly.
   
• Authorized returns must be returned to our facility with 30 days of the date of purchase.

• Used products can not be refunded under any circumstances.
• NOTE: Returns sent with no RMA number on the outside of the package and/or are not authorized and will be returned to sender.
   
• We are not responsible for lost merchandise upon return. You may want to insure your return. Upon authorized return, you will receive back the original purchase price, less restocking fees and the original shipping cost.

Exchanges

If you have purchased the wrong drain field or septic tank product, you may exchange the unopened container (product) by receiving authorization to return the product by emailing email. Once authorized write the RMA number on the outside of the package, enclose the invoice, and return within 30 days of the date of purchase. You must pay for return shipping, and we will gladly send out the correct product once the original product is received. If you have opened the product, no exchange will be permitted. 

Refused Items

If ordered product(s) are refused upon delivery, the returned products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling fees will not be credited.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please submit any cancellation in writing via email. 

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide your phone number so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.   Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email), and your order has shipped we will refund the merchandise total less a 20% restocking fee and shipping, once the return has been received back at our facility.

Refused Products
If ordered drain field or septic tank maintenence product(s) is refused upon delivery, the returned product(s) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the shipping & handling fees our company had to incur to get the product to you will not be credited.
